As a narrative designer in the triple-A game industry John has made significant contributions to some of the most artistically and commercially successful games of the last 10 years. He was the lead writer of the brilliant Fallout: New Vegas, lead narrative designer of Shadows of Mordor and co-creator of its innovative and influential “nemesis” system, and narrative director on Horizon: Zero Dawn, recipient of multiple storytelling and writing awards. Come hear John discuss his creative process for creating powerful stories through open-world gameplay and AI-driven characters.
