Ethan Zarov

I'm a BFA at the Game Center with a specific interest in puzzle games. I hope to one day teach younger children or students about how to think like a designer and develop their own games.

Why are you studying games?
I think game design/development can be one of the most expressive mediums and possesses the ability to really let you create anything, whether simply an artistic or musical piece, or something incredibly fun to play.
What's your secret weapon?
Collecting ExtensionMethods for scripting.
How has the Game Center changed your thinking about games?
I think it's helped me open my eyes to many different ways of creating games. Personally, I like games that are just pure fun, or make you solve puzzles/systems in new ways. The Game Center has many students that focus on more narrative/symbolic games, which I feel I have never really delved into.
