TR

TR got their start in writing, dramaturgy, and classical acting, but once they had the cathartic experience of playing Bloodborne for the first time, they decided to focus on game design instead, and they're loving it!

Why are you studying games?
Games are just such an interesting and all-encompassing way to tell stories, and I think that they have the potential to make intimate connections with people like no other art form can.
What's your secret weapon?
My voice! I can do a ton of different impressions and accents!
Describe one memorable lecture, assignment, or exercise you've had at the Game Center.
The most unexpectedly memorable exercises have definitely been the ones focused on marketing and pitching ideas. I came to the game center thinking that I wanted to end up developing games, but I discovered that what I love even more is getting people excited about games!
What do you hope to accomplish after school?
I'm actually interested in going into game publishing and marketing!
What's your favorite New York City spot?
The Evolution Store! It's a really cool taxidermy store (I know how that sounds, but believe me, you've got to check this place out).
