When I was first confronted with the practical implications of game theory in the movie "A Beautiful Mind," I realized that there was a whole new social dimension to games, which I had merely pursued as a recreational activity until then. I therefore came to the United States to study Economics and International Politics at Columbia University. After graduating, I worked as a technology consultant in the health-care industry, specializing in data capturing and analysis. One sunny day, it occurred to me that my passion for game theory and video games can be merged, therefore I applied to the inaugural MFA class in Game Design at NYU, where I now design and program games that will have an educational effect on cooperation and communal thinking. website: www.socialdynamicslab.com
