puzzle game and 2D walking simulation

Black is a 2D platform puzzle game.

players control a ball trapped inside a cage, a box. And they need to travel along with it to overcome some problem because of that.

The world is formed to give a strong sense of negative and positive space which was the original idea of this game. But later I changed my mind and start to make a game about some concept that’s hard to explain – a relationship between creation and limitation.

The other forms of art expressing limitation and creation inspires me a lot. One of them is about creating sentences using only the words on newspaper.

The giant clock and the growing tree are designed to be the most astonishing moment in this game.
