Gerrymandering Simulator 2018 is a simple prototype meant to show that by controlling how districts are drawn, you can control the entire election process. It uses simple social simulation to have citizens exchange their views upon contact with others, and lets the player draw borders however they desire to cheat their favorite party into power!
