PRACTICE 2015 will take place at the home of the NYU Game Center:

2 Metrotech Center
8th Floor
Brooklyn, NY 11201

Friday: Enter through NYU entrance to the building, on Lawrence Street next to the Five Guys.
Saturday & Sunday: Enter through the main 2 Metrotech Lobby, facing the Metrotech Plaza.

Travel

If you’re traveling from out of town, the NYU Game Center is easily accessible by plane, train, and bus.

By Plane
La Guardia, Kennedy, or Newark Airport, are all easily accesible from NYU. Each airport has public transit options into the city or easily accessible cabs or car services.

By Train
Metro North into Grand Central Station, Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) to Pennsylvania Station or Fulton Plaza, Amtrak into Pennsylvania Station, and PATH Trains from New Jersey all come into stations easily accessible by public transit to New York University.

By Bus
All Greyhound and New Jersey Transit buses go to the Port Authority Terminal. Megabus buses also travel to NYC from most of the northeast and go to the Penn Station Area.

Subway
The NYU Game Center is easily accessible from the F/A/C/R to Jay St. Metrotech, the 2/3/4/5 to Borough Hall, or the B/Q to Dekalb.

What to do in NYC

On Thursday before PRACTICE, join us for Playtest Thursday! The NYU Game Center’s signature weekly event that invites students, local developers, and anyone with a game to bring it to Playtest Thursday to test. Give feedback, get feedback, and make everyone’s games better. Playtest Thursday is held weekly at 2 Metrotech Center, 8th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201.
